The Tale of Anaya 

Fashion attire should be embraced for daily use and every event. A unique item of clothing can change both the appearance and the feelings of the individual wearing it, and we design our products to cater to people of all ages. Engaging with our customers holds great significance for us. Through friendly and accessible customer service, along with our social media channels, we invite our customers into our narrative, allowing us to become a part of theirs. 

In 2006, we began our journey as Nisa Designer Wear located in Glasgow, functioning as a go-to fashion and beauty store for the Asian community in the city. This provided us with an ideal insight into market preferences and consumer needs. We made the decision to stop our business around 2009 because of family commitments and personal circumstances. 

A decade later, Covid hit, compelling us to leave our stable jobs to care for our children. We chose to return to our original aspiration, crafting a career that allowed us to work on our own schedule while pursuing our passions and being present for our kids. Thus commenced the tale of Anaya Collection. . . 

We chose to embark on a new journey in an industry we knew well, launching our efforts in late 2020. We utilized our savings to establish a professional website and began operating from our home, marketing our uniquely designed line of clothing. Over time, we incorporated more styles of shawls and jewellery into our collection. In late 2021, we welcomed our first retail shop, catering to customers in Glasgow. As of early 2022, the Anaya Collection emerged as Scotland's top online fashion retailer, seamlessly merging Eastern designs and traditions to appeal to the Western audience. 

Neither of us had ever used Instagram, nor did we possess a personal Facebook account. Our learning process was gradual, and this is how Anaya Collection was developed. Currently, we remain quite involved in our work. We capture photos for our social media and personally respond to all direct messages. We are responsible for all the updates on our website, and we continue to respond to customer service inquiries and prepare orders for shipping.
